Don't come there enough to know.
An OK breakfast compared to rest of the area. We like it because we can bring our pet but the service outside can be better.
They always open late sometimes 15mm late, customers waiting outside in the cold because of lazy staff unacceptable
Food was good but small. Service was good but slow.
Nice space okay grub
Incredibly rude workers. I ordered food and was treated like a second class citizen when I tried to sit in the back, being told that I wasn't allowed because I ordered takeout. I politely explained that I hadn't been asked whether I wanted takeout or dine-in and had meant to dine-in. There is a pleasant way to handle situations like this but the workers did not go that route and instead treated me so poorly. I have never been treated like such trash and was told that I absolutely could not sit in the back even though I was there to work. I also received a small seasonal tea that was $5.75 and believe that I was overcharged. Very disappointed in the rude manner in which I was treated.
Second time here in the past week. First experience was pleasant and food was good . This morning I came here and they got my order wrong TWICE then tried to tell me I was mistaken when they were clearly in the wrong. Also did not get my friends orders right either. My meal also came with a salad or soupçon which wasn’t included either time... lets see if the third time will be correct :/.
Very dirty from outside to the bathroom... It's seems abandoned!!!
Consistently good food
Great healthy and tasty options that are organic.
Have been to 3 in the last 3 weeks. ,the staff at one time were nice. Not so now. Walk in, showed to a table and ignored. Get up, attempt to talk to them and they couldn't care less. Today in order to get service I had to go to the counter since the wait staff was entirely useless. Not so crowded as they used to be.
Excellent place for chocolate, outstanding breads,
The service keeps on getting worse. Waiters and waitresses seem to be hopeless, and sometimes, carless. Maybe it is because they are overloaded, but you can wait for 30 mn at your table hopelessy trying to make eye contact with a waiter, and leave without having been able to order.
It's a good place to eat in
This is the worst run place I have ever seen!Service is pitiful.Nice outdoor space, but one can roast to death in the summer as there are only three umbrellas and two work, maybe.Try someplace else.
Very cute decor and plenty room, but each time I come here, they seem so disorganized and the service is extremely slow. Pricey too for what they have.
Slow, poor prep of avocado salad, wilted kale, brown radishes. And the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
Coffee is excellent, breakfast very good. A bit of slow service but definitely a good place to have casual breakfast
They got rid of the outdoor seating which was their best feature The paper straws are annoying. What happened to "save a tree"?
Extremly overpriced and over sophisticated. Good food. But it don't cure cancer. Han
The facility is average. Too high prices for such an institution. The cuisine is not always tasty, and the prices are too high. I was here a couple of times and each time I thought that something could change, but everything remained the same. They, apart from the price, do not change anything, only get worse.
Ok service, but the bread was bad. Definitely not freshly baked. Quite a surprise considering the name.
From my experience, staff were friendly, attentive and service was satisfactory. Only mildly amused that coffees were served in bowls
Nice place for a date.
A decent place to come and have a quiet sit down while eating a cup of coffee and pastry.
Was told 45 minutes after ordering food that they didn't have what I ordered.. not only slow and clueless but also unfriendly.
Never seems to open on time. Painfully slow table service.
Poor, slow service even though restaurant was not busy. Food did not come out as ordered.
Very nice and friendly service
Bad!!! Our friend suggested we three go here for late breakfast and we were EXTREMELY disappointed. Small portions, bad service, and VERY overpriced for poor quality. Their coffee was very bad, skillet eggs way too small and mediocre taste, very small waffle, TINY breakfast sandwich. We will not be coming back.
We just had a terrible experience today in this place. I was literally harassed for tip. We had a bill of $50 and we left over $10 of tip. The server (one guy) yelled at us (we were 2 women with two babies) and verbally attacked us, saying “ you guys didn’t leave enough of tip, do you work for free because I don’t” You don’t work that’s why you don’t understand” And then insulting us. We felt in danger and left intimidated especially we’re with the babies. I will teach out to the headquarters to file a harassment claim and I will never go to this place.
Very slow service - great place to sit for an afternoon!
Good location but be prepared to wait 40minutes for coffee.
This place sucks. Sat down and waited 30 minutes. No one came by to take my order. After 15 minutes I got up and asked to order. They still never came back to take my order.
Great environs, courteous service. Food is very consistent. Love the matcha latte!
Food was alright unfortunately, been to other better locations
costly (for no reason) but a great cup of hot cider!
A wonderful place for a relaxed breakfast. Staff went over and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
Nice place with plenty of seating, good food and strong coffee.
I stopped by here last week to get some things to go and was impressed with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the people who helped me. So when I was meeting a friend for lunch today, I suggested we go there. We had a very good lunch at an outdoor table. We each got a cup of very tasty gazpacho. My friend got a special summer salad that she said was delicious and my salad, the lentil one, was also delicious. Both were fresh and beautifully presented. We finished with lattes, which also were perfectly done. Our server, Michael, was wonderful.
Lovely for lunch and some nice gluten free bread!
Pretty unique cousin
Pretty good brunch but short hands
Spacious, good atmosphere, but just the slowest barely-existent table service. Just order at the front counter and serve yourself. Sit down for table service and you'll be lucky to have a someone who clearly doesn't want to be doing their job help you after . . . maybe 20 minutes, and then it's all attitude. And its a shame, because this location does have a great space and menu. Whoever is the area manager for this particular LPQ needs to be reassigned to something else--anything else..
We love LPQ. This particular place has the slowest service ever.
Good coffee, excellent pastries, great sandwiches, salads. Pleasant place to sit.
Always a crowd for weekend brunches. Nice neighborhood cafe with brunch/breakfast options
Enchanting and wonderful place
Le Pain Quotidien is a great quick breakfast/coffee/snack space in the city. Love the wooden tables. Always great service and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.
It's a chain, but this place is a good location. Relaxed but attentive service.
OK, Le Pain is an over-priced casual restaurant chain. Service at this location is very hit or miss - more miss. The servers are friendly and positive so that suggests to me that it's poor management...I like the strong coffee and that it's organic. The food is generally light and priced about 40% higher than it seems worth. There's good space and high ceilings so it feels airy.
